This website is intended solely for post-primary teachers in the Republic of Ireland who are using the Back In Business textbook in their schools.
By registering for an account on this platform, you confirm that you are:
- A qualified teacher or educator,
- Actively using Back In Business in your classroom,
- Accessing this website solely for the purpose of supporting teaching and learning based on the textbook.
Unauthorised use or registration by individuals outside of these criteria may result in restricted access or account removal.
1. Use Licence
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Back in Business Hub website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Back in Business Hub website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Back in Business Hub at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
2. Disclaimer
The materials on Back in Business Hub’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Back in Business Hub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Back in Business Hub does not warrant or make representations regarding the accuracy, results, or reliability of the use of the materials or content on its website or on any sites linked to it.
3. Limitations
In no event shall Back in Business Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Back in Business Hub’s website, even if Back in Business Hub or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
4. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Back in Business Hub’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Back in Business Hub does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Back in Business Hub may make changes to the materials at any time without notice, but does not make any commitment to update them.

Back in Business Hub has not reviewed all external sites linked to the website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
6. Membership Access and Digital Content via YUDU
Back in Business Hub uses Paid Memberships Pro to manage user accounts, authentication, and access to private educational resources including PDFs, videos, quizzes, and eBooks. Each user is granted access via a secure login. Sharing login details or enabling unauthorised access is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Our eBooks are hosted using YUDU, a secure digital publishing platform. Access is provided via secure reader links or embedded readers. YUDU may process limited user data (such as IP addresses or secure tokens) to ensure authorised, secure access to materials. All data processing by YUDU is conducted in accordance with GDPR and data protection best practices.
7. Plugins and Third-Party Services
This website uses a number of third-party tools and WordPress plugins to deliver a secure and user-friendly experience. These services may collect or process limited personal data, only as necessary for functionality. These include:
- Paid Memberships Pro – for secure account creation, membership management, and access control
- YUDU – for secure eBook hosting and content delivery
- WordPress (Core CMS) – content management
- Elementor Pro – layout and content builder (may process form data)
- WP Mail SMTP – to ensure delivery of system-generated emails
- Wordfence Security – to protect against malware, brute force attacks, and unauthorised access
- Akismet Anti-Spam – to prevent spam submissions (on forms or comments, if used)
- Complianz – to manage cookie consent and legal compliance
- Google Fonts – for design typography (note: may log IPs depending on setup)
- Auth0 – used to manage user authentication and secure login
All plugins and providers used are GDPR-compliant or have adequate safeguards in place to ensure your data is protected.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are used to improve functionality and user experience. Cookies may be set by:
- The website itself (e.g. for login sessions)
- Our cookie consent system (Complianz)
- Embedded content such as YUDU readers
